Turnaround Time
Our standard production time is 10 business days after artwork approval and payment. If you need your order sooner, let us know, we work with your schedule whenever possible. Rush services are available and may include a rush fee depending on timeline and quantity.

Order Quantities
We embroider everything from a single item to large-scale orders of thousands of pieces. Whether you need one personalized jacket or uniforms for your entire team, we’ve got you covered.

Customer-Supplied Items
You’re welcome to bring in your own garments or products for embroidery. We’ll review the item to ensure it’s suitable for stitching before production begins.

Digitizing Fee
For new logos on standard left chest embroidery, there is a one-time $25 digitizing fee.
That fee is waived when you order 12 or more pieces of the same item with the same logo.

Design Considerations
Embroidery creates a professional, textured look — but it does have limitations. Extremely small text, thin lines, and fine detail may not reproduce well in thread. If adjustments are needed to ensure your logo stitches cleanly and looks its best, we’ll walk you through those changes before production.
