Turnaround Time
Our standard production time is 10 business days after artwork approval and payment. If you need your order sooner, let us know. We do our best to work with your schedule whenever possible. Rush orders may be available and can include a rush fee depending on the timeline and order size.
Order Quantities
Screen printing has a minimum order of 24 pieces per design.
Small Quantity Orders
Orders between 24–35 pieces will include a $25 setup fee per color/per screen. This covers the time and materials required to prepare the screens used in the printing process.
Customer-Supplied Items
You’re welcome to bring in your own garments or products for screen printing. We’ll review the item to ensure it’s suitable for printing before production begins.
Design Capabilities
Screen printing can produce very detailed artwork, crisp lines, and vibrant colors. Designs are typically limited to 6 colors or fewer for the best results and production efficiency. If your artwork contains more colors, we can often simplify or convert it to work within the screen printing process.
Color Matching
Ink colors are matched as closely as possible to your artwork, but exact color matching cannot always be guaranteed. Garment material, fabric color, and the printing process can slightly affect how ink colors appear on finished apparel.
Order Sizes
Screen printing is ideal for medium to large orders. Whether you need shirts for a small event or thousands of pieces for a promotion, screen printing delivers consistent, durable results.
